Founded by a skilled therapist dedicated to your mental well-being.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Vail, Arizona. My training includes EMDR, trauma-focused approaches, mindfulness practices, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

I integrate these methods to create a personalized approach for each client. Therapy with me is collaborative — we’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you. EMDR Therapy

I use bilateral stimulation (EMDR) to help you reprocess distressing memories and ease their emotional intensity.
